I purchased my Spyder here. I have my bike serviced here. I order and purchased leather jackets, gloves, socks, cleaning products, and some accessories and upgrades for my Spyder. I have had nothing but the absolute BEST top-notch experience in every aspect every single time I bring my bike in and when I ordered my stuff.I am so glad to have found a place where all the employees in each department like: John and Ray in Sales Dept; Mike, Brad, Shun, Wesley, Tanner in Service Dept; Paulie and Mikey in Parts Dept. to be respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sometimes I do have to wait for a part to get delivered to this dealership, but that has nothing to do with Action Kawasaki, as they ordered the part and it has to arrive in their building before they can notify me. And they always do call me as soon as my stuff comes in and I appreciate that! Some parts have to be ordered and there is a reasonable delivery time, as parts come in from Canada or other warehousing facilities. Hey, the way I look at it is: this is a speciality and it ain't Mc Donalds where you order a burger and they slap it on the grill. These mechanics are trainer professionals and do their best one every body's bikes, Watercraft like Sea-Doos, kids' little motorcycles that I saw their dad bring in for a new tire, etc. This is a family-friendly place and I feel very comfortable coimg here on Saturdays when Mr. Pete is grilling up those tastey hot dogs! It really gets me annoyed when some customer is rude and raises their voice to any employee here. They should spend some time here and get to know the workers and be understanding for example, if a part they ordered has not yet come in! Some customers are unreasonabley demanding and should be ashamed of themselves for their anger problems. How would you like to be yelled at while you were at your job?

I purchased a Schwinn NewPort 150 Motor Scooter in Nov I was impressed with Action , as everything was done for me. License was already on the scooter,paper work was complete, all I had to do was drive it away. Of course i had to pay for it ( darn) I would highly recommend them.
